    Why Choose Me?

    My personal experience navigating the path of codependency in a relationship with an addict is what drives me to guide you.  I know how it feels to live in a constant state of worry, self-doubt, or what if's.  It's a tough place to be. It's normal for you to feel lost or lonely, or unable to share what is really going on with others without feelings of shame coming up.  I know you feel like you somehow are to blame.  

    You Are Not To Blame

     The dis-ease of addiction is to blame for the chaos, confusion, and shame you experience.  Not you. What you'll come to understand is the disease of addiction is in the driver's seat and because of that, things are chaotic and confusing.  But it doesn't feel like that, so we end up feeling so shameful for our inability to fix this thing we cannot get a handle on.

    My Journey. Your Inspiration.

    Every now and again I pick up my old journals and thumb through them to give myself a reminder of how far I've come.  Back then I was so deeply confused by what I was supposed to do.  I had so much self-doubt, a pile of shame, and deep hurt about the way my life was going.I won't promise it is easy to recover.  The path of self-discovery and healing is hard. No doubt about that. AND it is beautiful.  Those moments you begin to meet yourself again for the first time in a long time are truly priceless.  

    My Commitment To Serve

    Part of my goal in creating my online coaching practice has been to reach women in a variety of socioeconomic backgrounds. Also, I understand there are barriers to access that go beyond mere finances. I believe that women who want recovery should have a way to embrace it.  I never want cost or circumstances to be a reason a woman doesn't at least start her self-care and healing journey. This is why I have multiple ways to work with me, including access to several free resources.

    Embrace Your Recovery

    There are 3 main ways to work with me:


    1. Group Self-Care Coaching: This low-cost entry is a way for you to work with me if you are interested in using the same tools I use for daily self-care (i.e. movement/exercise/meal plans/mindset).  I partner with the global fitness and nutrition company, BODi, and with Brendon Burchard, High Performance Coach and creator of the Growth Day app,  to offer these tools to my clients.


    2. Private 1:1 Self-Care VIP Day: This is for you if you want to take a deep dive into understanding how codependent thought patterns are playing out in your life.  You will start by taking an assessment that measures your conscious energy (i.e. how you instinctively perceive the world around you right now).  Then we will meet virtually or in person to review your results, and unpack the assumptions, interpretations, limiting beliefs and your inner critic that have held you hostage.  From here we will create a roadmap for you to follow for your personalized recovery process. You will incorporate movement into your recovery routine and a mindfulness practice to help you continue on your path of self-discovery and healing.  Armed with the truth about yourself, your loved one and the choices available to you, you will learn to set boundaries that align with your most authentic, beautiful, powerful self.  That is WHO you truly are.
