There are 3 main ways to work with me:
1. Group Self-Care Coaching: This low-cost entry is a way for you to work with me if you are interested in using the same tools I use for daily self-care (i.e. movement/exercise/meal plans/mindset). I partner with the global fitness and nutrition company, BODi, and with Brendon Burchard, High Performance Coach and creator of the Growth Day app, to offer these tools to my clients.
2. Private 1:1 Self-Care VIP Day: This is for you if you want to take a deep dive into understanding how codependent thought patterns are playing out in your life. You will start by taking an assessment that measures your conscious energy (i.e. how you instinctively perceive the world around you right now). Then we will meet virtually or in person to review your results, and unpack the assumptions, interpretations, limiting beliefs and your inner critic that have held you hostage. From here we will create a roadmap for you to follow for your personalized recovery process. You will incorporate movement into your recovery routine and a mindfulness practice to help you continue on your path of self-discovery and healing. Armed with the truth about yourself, your loved one and the choices available to you, you will learn to set boundaries that align with your most authentic, beautiful, powerful self. That is WHO you truly are.
